About Shlomo Udem
Born in 1956, and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984 and as a CPA in the United States in 2012. Mr. Udem is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University and a graduate of the College of Management. His main areas of activity in the firm are: audit of financial statements of registered companies, including companies incorporated abroad, reporting according to the IFRS, regulation regarding reporting according to the Securities Regulations, performance of due diligence examinations, internal audits, execution of work in the economics area and development of computer applications for financial information processing.
